Terms and Conditions of Gobevro Services

Gobevro provides access to digital social media services through account balances and integrated service providers. These terms apply when you create an account, add balance, or place an order.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Availability, quantity limits, prices, refill capability, and cancellation capability follow the information shown at checkout. Results may be affected by the platform and third-party service providers.

You must verify the link, username, ID, or other order target and ensure it is accessible as required before confirming an order.

An order already processed may be ineligible for a refund when failure results from an incorrect target, private account, changed username, or content removed by the customer, unless applicable law or service-specific terms require otherwise.

Processing times vary by service. Any estimate displayed is not a guaranteed completion time. Platform or provider disruptions may extend processing.

Order status follows provider results and Gobevro verification. Submission unknown means delivery still requires verification and does not prove that an order failed.

Refill applies only to services that explicitly show refill support. The period and eligibility follow the service terms, order status, and provider review. Refill is not universal.

Cancellation may only be requested for supported services and statuses. A request does not guarantee provider approval. Orders that have begun processing may no longer be cancellable.

Order refunds are issued when the Gobevro state machine confirms a refundable failure or cancellation. Partial orders may receive a proportional refund for the unfinished portion. Order refunds are credited to the Gobevro wallet and recorded in the ledger.

Customer target errors, private targets, changed targets, or deleted content may be ineligible after processing begins.

Verified duplicate orders or debits are handled using idempotency and ledger records. A successful payment with missing balance is reconciled using its payment reference; return through a payment channel occurs only when supported by the applicable payment process.

Ambiguous failures are not refunded automatically until provider status can be established. A failed refill does not automatically make the entire order refundable.

Balance is used to pay for Gobevro services. Order debits and refund credits are recorded in the ledger. Balance is not a bank account and cash withdrawal is unavailable unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Before creating a payment, customers can review balance credited, administration fees, and total payment. The payment gateway processes payment while fulfillment remains managed through Gobevro and its service provider.

Customers must review the service, target, quantity, and special details. Gobevro assesses support requests using fulfillment status and transaction evidence rather than applying an absolute no-refund policy.

Fulfillment depends on social platforms and third-party providers. Gobevro continues to handle orders according to received status, this refund policy, and applicable legal obligations.

You may not use Gobevro for unlawful activity, fraud, account abuse, system disruption, price or balance manipulation, or targets you are not authorized to use.

Gobevro may update service prices, availability, limits, or features. Changes made after an order do not alter its historical price and detail snapshots.

Report issues through official channels with the relevant order or payment reference. Gobevro may request information needed to review the ledger, payment, target, and fulfillment status.

Each terms version has an identifier and document hash. Orders continue to reference the version accepted at checkout. A new version applies to subsequent transactions and is published on this page.
